1. Pitch includes 1 space, one trestle table & chair. Additional chairs can be provided. Indicate your requirements on the registration form. A single pitch costs £40.00 and double pitches are £70.00.
   
   
2. Timings: Traders set-up 8.30am, Fair opens 11.00 a.m. and closes at 5.00pm.
   
   
3. Please read the registration form carefully and then sign. Please send full payment and the completed form to the address below. Bookings are on a strictly first come, first served basis.
   
   
4. No set up after 11:00 a.m. and no refunds on the day.
   
   
5. We can no longer provide rails. Please state in advance if bringing rail(s).
   
   
6. The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any property brought to the event, or personal injury whilst at the event.
   
   
7. Power can be supplied. Please state if needed in advance.
